FAQ
How long an I burn my candles for?
It’s recommended to start with one hour or at least let the melt pool reach the edges of the candle vessel. Due to their unique shape and size, we are not able to be tested for proper hours of burn time and even melt pool. The glass is selected to be as thick as possible to ensure safety while the candle is lit, but always keep an eye on them and extinguish them at your own discretion, especially if the glass becomes very hot! Always trim cotton wick nice and low with unused scissors for a nice cut before lighting for a controlled flame.

Why is the wax not melting around the edge of my candles?
Our vessels are so unique, we can not perform a proper burn time/ even melt pool test. In previous observation, a special edition candle will melt edges of wax once wicks come closer together at the bottom of the vessel. Use whatever is left around the edges as wax melts on a wax melter to get full use of the candle! ALWAYS refer to burning instructions and fire safety located on your vessel.
How do I get the wax out of my used candle vessel?
Put your used candle vessel in your freezer for a couple of hours. Remove the vessel from the freezer, take a spoon or butter knife to start scoring and prying up chunks of wax. Once wax removal is complete, hand wash, dry, and repurpose to your liking!
Why are your candles more expensive than other soy candles?
All materials used are high-end, luxurious, tested, and reviewed to provide the best scent throw and overall burn quality. We purchase 100% of our materials from the USA to support our economy as much as possible. With that being said, it's more expensive to buy in the USA.
We hand the select recyclable vintage glass to use as vessels for our candles and due to them being collector's items, they are expensive as well
When should I stop burning my candles?
Stop burning your candle when you have 1" of wax left at the bottom. Glass can become very hot and potentially burst if you melt beyond the suggested amount of wax to be left! Never leave your candle left burning unattended! :)
